which combination motherboard, ram and cooling fan should i buy with a q6600?

i'm upgrading my motherboard, ram and cooling fan. i looking to spend $350-400. this is what i have in mind please give me some opinion!!!
evga nforce 780i
Corsair Dual Channel TWINX 4096MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz Memory (2 x 2048MB)
Zalman CNPS9500A LED CPU Cooling Fan.
should i be put a little extra if i'm overclocking a quad core?

You won't need anything more than 6400 dimms if you go 1:1
I'd ditch the Zalman and get a TRUE. Quads are furnaces, though the Zalman will get you far, you'll get more out of a TRUE.
If you're not going to SLI, I'd get a DFI DK P35; they reach > 500 fsb easy.

i not really good at english, so can you put it in an easier way so i can understand? what do you mean by a 6400 dimm if i go with1.1. is tat cooling fan good enough to overclock? thanks

The Q660 have a 9x or lower multiplier. So if you run a 400 fsb with 9x you get 3.6GHz (about the average oc on them), and if you run the memory 1:1 (ratio), which is best for overclocking ,the ram will be at 400MHz as well which results in 800Mhz (6400) because of dual channel. So purchasing memory faster than 6400(800MHz) is overkill.
As for the fan, I'd get a Tuniq Tower or a Thermal Right Ultra Extreme. You'll see much better temperatures.
