Help me think bigger....

Ok I have a xion onyx case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811208020
I have been thinking of things I can do to it, like adding more side fans, top fans, vented on the non-acrylic side. Basically I know I am thinking small, my dad has a full sized mill, he has been a machinist for 40 years. Whatever I want I can have, but I have to tell him what I want. I have even gotten into thinking about custom heatsinks for my south/north bridge. My dad is awesome at thinking logically and doing, but not artistic, and I am follow him. So what am I completely missing and could do? Even projects that are outside of just case mods.

Sounds like you have ideas for the cooling aspect, maybe time to think about colors inside and out and cable management?

You could also try and make some custom acrylic fan grills. Considering you have all the tools a pretty complex design wouldnt be too difficult to achieve.
