I <3 my GSkills. Crucial Ballistix have a huge following on OCN too.
There's 2GB kits with D9's, just not the same D9's as in the 2x1GB kits (but this should be pretty obvious, how could they possibly be the same if they're twice the memory density).
Too often people overgeneralize Micron D9 IC's, forgetting that there's many different versions of D9's and some overclock better than others. The popular D9GMH and D9GKX were great overclockers in 1GB sticks (found in some of the better 2x1GB kits), but more dense IC's needed to be developed for 2GB sticks. There are 2x2GB kits that use Micron D9HNL, such as Crucial Ballistix. I've seen a wide range of overclocking results with these chips, but the general consensus is they don't overclock as well as the 2x1GB Ballistix sets that were so popular several months ago. However, I have heard of people breaking 1100MHz on the D9HNL, and 900-975MHz with 4-4-4-12 timings. But don't expect 1200MHz like many of the GMH versions of the 2x1GB kits could hit. Still, 1000-1125MHz (which is what I'm seeing most people get) is still very nice.
