Either that or he's just stating that it's a repost and linking to the original post like he's suppose to.

I completely missed it the first time around.

On closer look at the two threads it would seem to me that the name of this one stands out more. But that's completely off topic. Rep+ to you both

This is bad.

Noobs are going to buy cards, install the software, and then move all of the sliders to "max".

QFT I feel bad for you though... I hear the marching of ATi fanboyz coming to dispute that very valid argument.

I think this is just an EVGA GUI on a cut down Rivatuner. In the update page for the upcoming Rivatuner version it states they worked extensively with EVGA to get fanspeed control working. Then combine that with the similarity in the monitoring screen to rivatuners and I think I see whats up here.

Looks like duckie has been holding out on us!

Well, as much as I love EVGA and stuff, this tool won't be much use. It is good to see overclocking becoming more mainstream though.

You completely missed my point. Does Rivatuner come bundled with EVGA cards, or is it downloadable from EVGA's site? No.

Not to mention which most nooblings don't even know the major utilities or where to get them... Rivatuner, ATITool, Speedfan, Coretemp, etc.

If this comes bundled on the driver installer disk, dummies are gonna be frying cards left and right.

that's why they make a scary warning popup before you can install it to scare away the noobs.
