Ok after your suggestions here is what i come up with. I am leaning towards the ASUS P5K-E. I really like the features of ASUS and it has two FireWire ports..

what do you think?

I own both, great ocers, sadly im getting rid of mine due to lack of sli.

The Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R for obvious reasons. The DFI Dark P35-T2RS, cause it's a awesome board. Either one, you can't go wrong.
