TRC 24
TRFC 127.5 (or it might say 3 in the BIOS)
Async 8

Hope this helps
I've also noticed that my 5000+ is annoyingly sensitive to memory settings.

I'm running 200x16 @ 1.415v w/ 800MHz 5-5-5-15-25(timings have almost no noticeable effect on performance except in synthetic tests)

It took a while to get this stable, part of it I believe was that my 550W PSU couldn't handle my system. I've recently upgraded to a 750W PSU and stability has improved.

To get 3.33ghz out of my 5000BE I have to run 1.5v, I can get 3.20ghz at 1.475v, and 3ghz-3.19ghz at 1.45v. I have tried runs up to 1.65v and up to 3.7ghz but nothing over 3.5ghz is stable on mine.

I am currently running mine for folding at 3.2ghz 1.475v with a zalman 9500nt, it runs at 55C under full load, ambient temps are between 18C-20C.

yeah it is a brisbane and i cant seem to get anything stable over 2.8 anyway i try. I think i have to start all over again from the top. the new heatsink i got did help with temps tho so that is a plus now i just gotta wait for the break in period with the AS5 to see if they get lower

You won't see much, I've never even noticed a break in period with mine. You might see 1-2C drop but when you talking that small of a change it doesn't make enough of a difference.
