P4 630/Asus P5N32-E SLI not posting

I have a Pentium 4 630 3.0 GHz w/ a Thermaltake CL-P0024 and 2x80mm fans, Asus P5N32-E SLI, 2GB Corsair PC6400C4, dual EVGA 256MB PCI-Ex16 Geforce 6800 in SLI. It was running smoothly, and pretty cool, so I decided to try overclocking it a little. I hadn't done much but change a couple voltages, and not by much, and I restarted. I booted it back into the bios to adjust some other settings, and it hung. I turned it off, reset the cmos, and rebooted. It got to the AI Lifestyle post screen and froze, then wouldn't post at all. I've tried reseating and remounting the cpu and heatsink, tried resetting the cmos multiple times, and am still not getting anything. The LED on the motherboard is green. I can't remember exactly what I changed the voltages to. I know I set the memory to 2.1v.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this? or at least how to diagnose exactly what isn't working? I don't have much for parts to test with, unfortunately.

I realize this isn't a huge help, but are you sure you reset the CMOS? I like to leave it unplugged without battery for ten minutes and/or short the battery terminals with a paperclip...

Pretty sure. I had the battery out for about 30 minutes while I was reseating the cpu/heatsink.
