So i bit the bullet and got myself a 9800GTX. The card is HUGE. i had to relocate my HD as the length spans to my HD bay. The card works perfectly fine on the system and i haven't notice any abnormalies during games and test run so far. However, i notice the screen doesn't show information of the graphic card like it used to whenever i boot up. It simply went straight to Bios screen.

i had to spend more money than planned. Found out i wasn't using Antec 500w PSU, but a Antec True Trio Power 430w . To be on the safe side, i bought a Corsair HX620w PSU. It comes with 2 PCI-Ex molex connector which is what i need for the new graphic card. The Antec 430w has only one PCI-Ex connector. It's kinda iffy to use the split PCI-Ex convertor provided by the graphic card. The Corsair HX620w unique plug-in-if-you-want-to-use-cables is really neat too. The PSU basically has slots and you plug in the cables you desire. It removes alot of unwanted cable clutters in your system, maximising air-flow in the case and makes cables more manageable.

Running 3Dmark06 got me a score of 12k. i guess thats a pretty decent score
