I would mix a couple of things if possible. I would basically use the Spec #2, but get the Ultra 120 extreme on it, and I would get the Crucial ram. Also, you really should pick up a better GPU, like an 8800GT.

I'd make a few changes.... ending up with something like this:
  • GIGABYTE 3D AURORA GZ-FSCA1-ATB Black Aluminum ATX Full Tower Computer Case $129.00
  • DFI BloodIron P35-T2RL LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard $129.99
  • CORSAIR CMPSU-550VX ATX12V V2.2 550W Power Supply $99.99
  • Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz LGA 775 Quad-Core Processor Model BX80562Q6600 $244.99
  • G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F2-6400CL5D-4GBPQ $74.99
  • Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500AAKS 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM $64.99
  • LITE-ON 20X DVD±R DVD Burner with LightScribe Black SATA Model LH-20A1L-06 $32.99
  • Tuniq Tower 120 P4 & K8 CPU Cooler $49.99
Subtotal: $826.93

All from Newegg. You'll get a better hard drive, 4GB RAM (yes, even if you have a 32-bit OS, I'd still get 4GB for the price. 3.5 or so GB recognized is still better than 2GB ), and a better/more powerful PSU. The Tuniq Tower is an excellent cooler also, close behind the TRUE (note that the TRUE doesn't come with a fan, while the TT does).

the q6600 not good for gaming and the crucial is better than the G.Skill for overclocking.

g skill is more reliable compared to crucial. I'd get the 1000mhz 2x2gb g.skill kit for $95. I'd also go with the WD 320gb hard drive as they are somewhat similar to the new WD 640gb hard drives which seem to be doing very good compared to raptors in the speed category

The Q6600 is VERY good for gaming. Granted, the E8400 is a hair better, but with the Q6600 you're more future proof.

Obviously, the Crucial is better for overclocking, since you're comparing a 2GB kit with a 4GB kit. However, if you choose a 2GB kit, please stay away from Crucial at the moment, since the current batches are all single sided and don't overclock very well at all (most reviews you'll find are based on the older double sides sticks which indeed are excellent overclockers). Personally, I'd get the 4GB Kit. With the Q6600 or the E8400, you don't need very high speed RAM anyways. You can hit 3.6GHz with RAM at stock at 1:1 with the Q6600.

Also, you choose the Q6600 yourself in option 1... it's a bit odd you reject it now. Plus, with the video card you have, either CPU will be more than plenty... you'll be GPU bound anyways.

the problem is i live in bahrain and they don't have g.skill and crucial 4gb kit, and there is no any from this coolers Tuniq Tower and Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme.I have to buy a cooler from this brands Zalman or Asus, is there a good cooler to the E8400 from Zalman or Asus ??
Let's first discuss your CPU choice: If you care about gaming performance RIGHT NOW only, then the E8400 is your choice. However, you'll have to be willing to upgrade again in about a year or so. If you want to be somewhat more futureproof, get the Q6600.

If Zalman and Asus are your only choices, I'd get the Zalman CNPS 9700. Not as good as the TRUE or the TT, but still an excellent cooler.

Where do you plan to buy? please show me the website. It's a bit hard advising this way when we don't have the site where you buy from...
