I have my 5000BE running at 3.1GHz and I was wondering if anyone has used the multi management setting of Crystal CPUID to mimic Cool and Quiet. Since I had to up the vcore slightly, I had to turn off CnQ but I would like to be able to keep the benefits of CnQ, especially during the daytime on days that I leave the machine on downloading and such. I tried using Crystal's CPUID program because it has a multiplier management setting. It works well in letting me choose the mutil of the high and low state, but the vcore changes do nothing. Has anyone tried this? Or are there any other alternatives to be able to run an OCed machine but retain low power states during low loads?
