Would appreciate input on a build, thank you. (Don't know where to put this.)

Hello,
First off, I would like to say that I am sorry if this is in the wrong place, I couldn't find a forum that seemed to fit, so this seemed the closest as this would be an Intel build. Thank you
The last time I built a computer was Deceomber 2005, and I have decided that it is time for me to get another one. I have intentionally kept myself out of the loop because it depresses me to see how fast upgrades become available, so the past month has been frantic researching on my part to try and catch up. Finally, yesterday, I have made what is hopefully my final decision on what components to use. I am posting here to see if there is anything I have overlooked (compatability and/or performance wise). Anything that you notice or any suggestions you have would be helpful, thank you.
Note: This will be primarily for gaming, so I was set for the longest time on two gx2's in quad sli, but I was finally convinced to wait for the new gpu to come out (hopefully this summer?) so I am going to just get one card to hold me over until then. The 8800 that I would get is only a little cheaper than a 9800 gtx, so I decided to go with one of those because they overclock better, and in case the g200 (or whatever they will call it) line doesn't deliver, I could just get another gtx and sli them. (Maybe tri sli?).
Here is my parts list:

Case/cooling (not available on newegg): Modified Silverstone Tj-07 and Coolit Boreas http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ducts_id=23457

So there it is (unless I have forgotten anything) Again, I would love to hear anything you have to say. Is something I put up there not compatible with something else I put up there? Is there something I overlooked that could be upgraded further?
Also: I know that this is a hefty rig, and that it totes a hefty bill. I have thought about it, and this quality/price is what I have decided upon.
Thank you,
Duncan Harrison

Makes me pretty jealous to see that rig haha. If i had that kind of money to drop on a rig it would be very similar to that. My only concern would be the raptor...i don't have personal experience with them but i've heard they are overrated...i'd probably just stick with two 500gig 7200rpms...but that's just me.

Thats for the quick (and nice) response. I am running a 10k raptor in my current rig and I've been beating it to death for 2 years. The sucker is still running strong, so I've had pretty good luck with it. The reason I have the setup the way I do is so I can put all my install directories (and windows) on the raided 10k to get the best performance out of them, with the 750 to put all of my "normal" files on.
I considered for a while going with another 750 in raid 1, but I realized that I don't have many important files that I would be devastated to lose, and those that I do have I usually keep backed up on various servers/discs/laptop.

Well then, if you've already got a raptor that you like and have had reliability with then who am i to discourage you haha. Two of those in raid is probably very nice!
