Always show boot menu without pressing f8 edit: found it

Thread Starter
Well i have almost finished getting everything back together after reformatting but cant remember how to do one thing.

Always have the f8 boot menu come up.

I remember finding in while searching for how to always disable driver signature enforcement. I would just simply always go to that option when booting.

I remember is was a bcdedit command but no idea what it was.

+Rep for whoever knows it/finds it

EDIT:
the command is
BCDEDIT /SET ADVANCEDOPTIONS YES
however once you do this setting it with the value of "NO" does not allow you to press f8 at all.
