E6320 only at 2.0 ghz

Hello, i am having a computer and it has the following configuration

Asus motherboard P5B-VM / V-P5G965
Kingston KVR667/D2N5
intel e6320

I was planning on oc the processor however if i try to go higher then a FSB of 285 *which gives me a speed of 2.0 ghz* the system won't start up. With a FSB of 285 it is stable though and has no problems.

I can somewhere hardly believe that a cpu which goes originally at 1.86 can only be oc to 2.0. I tried to adjust my multiplier as well in the bios but i can only use the standerd 7 or lower.

I am quite out of ideas and i am hoping people can help me here a bit there i have no longer any ideas how i can go higher. I would be really happy with a 2.4 or a bit more but i find this a little bit disappointing.

P.S. My first post so high to all the people have been reading the forums already for longer time but didn't register until now =)

keep your multi at 7 also increase your ram timings by 2.00 in bios after you do that slowly increase fsb until system is unstable then raise your voltage up by 1 notch
