sorry, MB KILLa...... old speedfan is utter crap. Unless you're in Alaska, your ambients aren't 14C, and it's more than unlikely that your load temps are lower than your ambient temps.........

I am doing a memtest now with 90% done and no errors. Far as over heating what is thermal of that cpu...I know that most intels are 63-73

While your testing you should go to the HDD manufacturer site and get the DOS HDD test utility and run it.

MBkilla, the problem is more than likely due to overheating. The 2800+ Athlon XP-M Barton ran at 1.65volts stock. I would replace the thermal compound and blow out any dust that is in the heatsink. Make sure to spread the TIM evenly onto the DIE of the 2800+. Also make sure you have sufficient airflow in your case.
