Personally, I go with 9600GT over HD3870, because I play most games with AA. And 9600GT is known to have better performance with AA enabled

Oh my........ that can't be possible. Why, just look at all the benchmarks that folks are presenting. Surely, you must be wrong. Never believe your eyes,....... go to the tech sites to find the real truth........

You, sir, do not have the right to tell anyone to shut it.

That was one of the most ignorant posts I've read on here in a while, and you're lucky I didn't click the report button.

this was fun to read lol

I personally recommend the 9600GT as I do put faith in published benchmarks form reputable sites.

The 3870 is a good card from everything I have read and have no doubts either way that the OP went he would do well.

Gr33nMachin3 FTW!!

Ugh...READ the pages with the benchies comparing Crossfire to SLI..I DID post them. So am comparing 2 of each. And I'm sorry, but I own AMD and ATI and Intel and Nvidia, and I dont see this "bias"....are you trying to tell me that people fudge results in benchmarking to make ATI fanboys look bad in forums like these?

That's about the dumbest thing I've ever heard. When the X1900 series was killing nVidia, everyone with a 7800/7900GTX was complaining that sites were biased against nVidia. Now that the nVidia cards are ahead, you guys complain the sites are biased against ATI/AMD. Please...

It's pretty much a fact that the 9600GT is faster in nearly every game once you turn on AA and AF. Same goes for SLI. Not to mention that SLI performance is more consistent across the board. Also, don't make an inflammatory post and then tell people not to turn this into a flamewar.
