Just one last question, Vertical Refresh Rate 50~85Hz, means that it can go up to 85Hz right?

50-85Hz means that it can go as slowly as 50, or as fast as 85. 1Hz is 1FPS.

Alright thanks , I know I'm probably annoying and this was probably already answered and/or common sense, but REAL last question, would changing the scaling effect my performance? Like say I chose to do 800x600 and scale it to look normal, would I still be able to use 85Hz? Or would my limits change?

It won't change your performance, you MAY get better performance because you're refreshing less pixels.

My question was is it possible to just allow the black lines to appear on the side and play it like it is a normal non-widescreen monitor?
So then why care if it's get's stretched out?

Only if you run low refresh rates. With high enough refresh rates, CRT is simply superior.
