LCDs can't do 85Hz.

it's like , my soon I'll show the real physics of E=mc2... it's LAZER!!!!

laser* (light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation)

e=mc2

used to figure the energy equivalency to a mass which is used in such things as nuclear fission. the amount of mass going out is less than it is going in because the missing mass is turned into energy.

You didn't read what I wrote, you will have LESS quality if you run an LCD at a refresh rate higher than 60hz. The screen is only capable of 60hz, the monotor is capable of accepting a signal at a higher refresh rate than 60hz but in order to display this it has to insert extra frames into the image and quality suffers. Do the research, this info is out there, DO NOT run the monitor at higher than 60hz, it will look worse, period. Why do you want 85hz anyway?

No idea really.
I just got a 22" Widescreen from Best Buy, pretty good, but it's still not 85Hz, I'm thinking about returning it but I don't really know yet, one thing pissing me off is that in my drivers it won't show the flat panel things anymore, or anything to show that it is an LCD, and I really wanna enable HD, it worked on the 19" but not this one, anyone have any ideas? I've installed its drivers.

Is it connected with VGA or DVI? Do you have the drivers for the monitor installed? And one last question, why do you want to run an LCD at 85hz knowing that it will look worse than 60hz?
