see the yellow part ar where the cpu goes is that supposed to be missing because my mobo didnt come with that?..or does it come a a cpu cooler?

I believe it's called a heatsink retention module.

It's a standardized part; the only differences might be in the two mounting bolts (because not all motherboards have the same backing plate design).

Hope you find a perfectly suitable replacement.

It also depends on what CPU Cooler you are going to use, as some have their own retention modules that just use the two screw holes.

It all depends on your heatsink / fan. If you're using a bolt down type (like a Big Typhoon), then you'll not need that retention module. If you're using a clip on type (such as my Zalman 9500 for example), then you WILL need that retention module. It's always handy to have one on hand however. If you do end up needing it (you'll have to check with your CPU cooler for this one), might try to see if you can pick one up here (wanted ad), or ebay. Shouldn't be too difficult to find. The bolts to hold it down can easily be found at the Home Depot for $0.99.

BTW, that is a great board. Socket 939, no?
