I would like to know whats some good Thermalpaste, I'm so sick of Cure times.

Which I why I hate AS5 It's never worked for me and on every machine its 10+C then Zalman paste i use. And I did exactly what the AS5 site said to.

I just hate the stuff, AS5 You is a JOKE in my eyes.

Okay, So whats some really good thermal paste???

Why because my e6550 at 3.7ghz 1.51volts is loading at 63c with 60F outside and 65F in my room

OCZ Freeze looks like the new kid on the block.

No cure time and holds temps on par with MX2.

All the above are good, I have used zalmans paste and its only a few degrees off as5. But when your talking about the best to worst of the best pastes, its usually 1-2 degrees and no more.

yeah true but thats after Cure times and all. I'm just so tired of it.

thats why I left AS5 for a year or 2, Now I'm back and still hate it, You think they'd Fix there garbage.

Shin-Etsu, Noctua NT-H1, Arctic Cooling MX-2, and OCZ Freeze are all good pastes.

Really though, AS5 should not be giving you that much trouble, and Zalman paste should not be applied the same way as AS5.

I never needed any significant cure time, though I did force cure it myself by heating everything up to about 80C with a hair dryer, letting it drop to room temp, then doing it again a few times. Takes 30 seconds tops and after that I never saw temps change, even after a year.
