It comes to show just doubling the memory bus and ram won't effect the performance of the card. The drivers are made for the 256 bus which ATi took months to optimize from the 2900XT (512) to the 3870 (256).

Cons: Newegg has it listed as a 512 card. The box says 256bit memory interface. that may be the reason for the problems with cod4 and crysis. Not going to check because i noticed it when I was putting things together to RMA it.
Newegg you liar!
