Well to start it off I would like to thank the great Syrillian for sharing all his knowledge with me and having the patience to answer all my questions no matter how irritating and noobish that it was . Next i would like to thank my fiance dutchdiosa for standing by me through all of this and coming up with the name for my project .

well now to the project itself

Well in this project im making two pieces one which is a torture rack using syrillians plans as a guideline and the second being a external watercooler with all the extra parts left over from my last build(WC Viper). This is primarily my first try with building something from scratch and the same goes for making it out of acrylic. Syrillian helped ALOT and it was a learning experience breaking stuff is never fun or rediong it and in acrylic either of those are pretty expensive. wel you will see my journey of creating my first custom build called poseidon. You will see everything from the new tools, hardware and computer parts that i get for the project to complete it to the trials and failures of some mods to the tools themselves. Well here starts the pictures and they will show you my journey...

This is day one and at this point I was going to be asking Syrillian to make my Torture rack for testing video cards (future project)

day 6 here and packages still arriving and more working being done.

the packages and my little shopping at HD

my 780i arrived (3 of 3 arrived)

unboxing

battery a little scratched but hopefully it works ok

while i was looking at my 780i the UPS guy dropped more packages off

my HD shopping

would not fit so:

fits good

the angle brackets for the DVD drive bay

the nuts and bolts in

my order from newegg

the dvd drive

my mod on the drill to change the chuck from 3/8" to 1/2" chuck

the chuck would not come off my drill so i had to sue a little force

with this

so this happened

then this

and finally this happened:

but then the worst thing of all

not compatible -_- ones a 1/4" and the other is 1/2" thats the type of difference. so gonna have to get a new drill now yay.

well today did alot of work and will let the pics do the talking(w/ my captions ) enjoy

my package and more HD shopping

frozencpu.com power and reset button and wiring

got some primer paint and sanding equipment

sanding down the angles

left sanded and right non sanded

make shift spray painting chamber

spray gun ready

ready to be primered

primered

now moving to the new drill i just bought

got the new Ryobi drill for a good decent price

what was in the bag

now moving to re-tapping the hole to G1/4" rather than what it was

good to go

getting the front panel together

sanded side to the left and not to the right

the new front panel i believe looks better did not need that big of a front panel for the bulgin switches

well when the time came to make the holes for the bulgin switches and this happened it was soo nice and now cracked and destroyed

it was my fault since i used this to cut it so i just my method of cutting the hole

decided to use the dremel instead of a drill and it worked much better as u can see

looks great

on to the next hole

both look good

got the new new front panel setup and good to go and the side is sanded and good to go
