I got you beat. I sent in a Antec psu end of november and after calling them probably 10 times I got it back 3 weeks ago. But they upgraded my near 3 year old 400W to a 500W earthwatts so it made me happy.

I sent MSI a OEM motherboard to RMA. Of course it didn't work, but it was worth a try. They sent me back mine, but gave me a box and foam. Got something out of it

I have a NeoPower 480w that is on it's final breath. I was going to RMA that as soon as I could, as it seems like a capacitor isn't charging up quick enough...They told me about a year ago that i'd get a NeoHE 500w... CWT built "480w" upgraded to Seasonic-built "500".

Sounds nice

Luckily, *knocks on wood* i've never had to RMA anything. I've had things fail on me, usually outside of the warranty. Or it was just crap (Ultra) and wasn't worth the trouble to replace. It was just an excuse to buy something better every time something died.

i had to return my motherboard one time to newegg. i was so mad because this was my first built pc and i wanted to play it now. so i kept bugging newegg on the live chat and they ended up agreeing on next day airing the new motherboard back to me.

I had to RMA the hard drive from my first ever build. It died after 4 days, and I was so upset. WD got the new one out to me quick and I was able to get my game on after that.
