Well with your DDRv @ 2.15.. you should be able to tighten up the timings in the BIOS to 4-4-4-12 as advertised on your link. That alone will gain you quite a bit of bandwidth for your RAM, which will help the 3d score some.

*also, try keeping your HTT speed [as shown in cpu-z] over 1000mhz when you OC.. I know its not always possible with certain FSB/cpu multi combos.. but bumping your HTTv will help stabilize things a bit. Give this a whirl.. HTT link @ 4x and HTv @ 1.6v and set your ram as mentioned..then re-run your 3d tests.

small improvement ..but a good one still. I dont use Vista for anything so I cant give you any tuning tips for Windows..but obviously, kill any unnecessary background tasks that are running prior to running your tests.

..vista64 runs around 70'ish background tasks on a fresh install..I run about 12 using a tweaked XP pro, for 3d benchies and ~9 for Pi runs and such. ..basically, get the number of processes down as much as possible.

*Rivatuner has some excellent tweak functions in the advanced tabs..maybe a good last resort if you cannot break 4k still.
