Ok, so now the problem seems to be that your computer isn't outputting the signal.

Can I get a screenshot of the ATI Settings?

Ok I see what you've done, and it all looks correct, the video card is seeing the TV, as shown in the 2nd set of pics.

Can I get a shot of what you are using to connect the video card to the TV + where it's plugged in the video card.

This small converter ( from male 7-pin to female tulip) like in the picture and the cable with two male Tulips

That all looks good, as long as those connectors aren't damaged. Try cleaning out your drivers with this: http://www.soft82.com/download/Windo...r_Professional

Then reinstall your nVidia drivers.
