Laptop runs hot?

Ok before i had completely disassemble my laptop due to a screen issue with the hinges, it was running pretty hot. it would get to the point where it would be on for about five minutes before the fans started spinning at full speed cause of heat. Now i already took it completely apart motherboard and all, cleaned out the fans, removed the thermal pads off the GPU and CPU and added some AS5 to both spreading it with a razor blade as thin as i could will keeping a nice visible coating on there.

Specs: t2500 intel 2.0GHZ 65nm
Nvidia 7600 GeForce Go video card
17 inch screen
2 gigs of ram

Now the temps on the laptop are noticeably cooler but it still runs about 50 on idle and 60 on load. What can i do to get it to cool down? I was thinking about changing out the processor to a smaller 45 nm die to see if that would help, but i cant find any to fit a socket M without raping me on price. Right now I have a t2500 and this is an example of the temps im running right now this is outside on campus in 65 degree weather with some winds:

lol thanks, but is there a wwaay i can avoid the cooling fans? maybe there is like a program i can download or something to adjust settings. Like my processor doesn't have speed step so thats one main reason why it runs high since its constantly running at full power.

60c on load is nothing. Up to 75c on load is fine with notebooks.

The heat is generated from GPU mostly..
I am using W7J-T5500/Go7400, It gets sooOOO hot!!
when gpu is working... also read some reviews about that.
Your temp is normal. don't get too stressed out like I did....
I gave up
