[FIXED, see below]

Ok I really Need some help here. I Have searched nearly every other forum I can find with information about IRQL and none of them have conclusive answers.

Here is my situation-

Q6600- Want to get to 3.0GHZ (1333 FSB w/ 9x Multi.)
2GB Corsiar Memory- 4-4-4-12-2T 2.1v (Memory is good/ran memtest w/ no errors)
EVGA 8800GT Superclocked
EVGA 680i Mobo.
I also have the most recent nvidia drivers and the P31 Bios

Here are my Voltages-
Vcore- ~1.32
Mem- 2.1
FSB- Auto (1.4)
SPP- 1.3
MCP- 1.525
MCP<->SPP- 1.25

I have also disabled-
C1E
All Spreadspectrums
All other suggested items (cant think of them at the time)
And have disabled ANY unnecessary drivers and hardware.

I have pretty much checked every short of reinstalling the OS (vista 32bit). PLEASE ANY HELP IS GREAT

I'm in the same boat. I rolled back to the restore point just after my SP1 install, but before the 7 or 8 windows updates after it and I'm working fine now.

I had this BSOD on my last PC, I think it was bad ram. Download memtest86 and check your ram.

I had this BSOD in the past with XP and it was due to bad/unstable RAM. Download HCI Memtest and run it for a few hours. I run it until %1000, but I bet you will error well before that.

Have you tried to go all stock on the voltages and such to rule out a bad overclock??

Also could you post up ur full system specs? That would help out. Its under the User CP and system area.

The only times I have ever had this error was when my RAM was unstable. I resolved this issue by playing Musical RAM and switching the RAM in the slots and loosening the timings to 5-5-5-15.

What you should do is post the error code and source, which will be in your Event Viewer. Go to Control Panel, Performance and Maintenance, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer. A list of sections are available, so choose System. You should see some red circles with a white X. Those are errors. Find one that says what you are describing (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) and post the entire thing here.
