did i just get a +31%fps?

Thread Starter
so i have a 9600GT and i overclock it to 1052/1100. i have this program called "Video card stability test"which renders a rotating 3d globe for benchmarking and stress testing. i ran a bench mark without any OC and my result was 396 FPS.i did the test again with OC and i got a result of 522 FPS.so did i just get a 31% preformance increase on my video card? or this test a sham.

no way your card is stable at that clock... 9600gt's dont make it over 800.

run ATI tool's test. if it artifacts, which i bet it will, your clocks are too high.
what did you use to set the clocks that high? do you have an aftermarket cooler?
