EVGA 680i LT OC Q6600 to 3.2 - Now I want to OC Mem

Good Evening:

I finally got a stable OC at a respectable voltage on this mobo, which I know, hates the quad. I am running at a bios vcore setting of 1.425 running idle at 1.392 (CPU-Z) and under load vcore 1.36. Core temps 37c (51c underload).

After weeks and weeks of working at this OC I'm happy at the 3.2 at this voltage. Now I want to tweak my memory. To get the prime95 24 hour small fft stable I'm running at 9x multiplier and mem linked and synched.

I want to "open" up the mem a little to boost performance. Where should I start?

Its crucial ballistix tracer PC2-6400 at 2G x 4 for 8G.

Thanks in advance!

Start with manually entering the ram to it's stock settings which are printed on the sticker. Of course, this means it's finally time to Unlink those badboys.

After you've done that, you can either test to see if it's truly stable at stock (because of course we never truly know until we test our rig), or of course you can tweak till you drop.

That's all I'm personally able to provide.
