Question about my motherboard

Thread Starter
Using a new detail system viewer , called: AIDA32 and was curious about a few things:

Motherboard Properties
..................................
Front Side Bus Properties
Bus TypeIntel GTL+
Bus Width64-bit
Real Clock100 MHz
Effective Clock100 MHz
Bandwidth800 MB/s

Chipset Bus Properties
Bus TypeIntel Hub Interface
Bus Width8-bit

Question about the bus width, whats the difference between a 32bit one and a 64bit? Also, is that good bandwidth for my motherboard?

Thanks

I believe this bus width has to do with the bit of the operating system you are running. in this case, i take it you are running a 64bit version of windows? if this is true, then you will have more access to higher levels of memory and things on your computer will run "better"

or i could be completely wrong about what operating system you are running and this could simply mean that your MB can support a 64bit operating system, which pretty much any MB worth its spit can/should.
