My fault I thought you were talking about a q6600...e8400 is a horse of another color, 1.365v is as far as your going to go, your risking everything as you read this. Back the vcore down to 1.36v now, and see where it can go then.

That's good that you mistyped. hehe. But there's still something wrong. I reached 3.7GHz on default vcore 1.24v. It's either your ram/cpu ratio or timings or your N. Bridge. Most likely it's the ram/cpu ratio. Go with 1:1 at first. And 5-5-5-15 ram timings. ~JadeMiner~

You can try that, but every chip is different and every chip needs a different voltage to be stable.

vcore @ 1.208, messing with the memory led to no POST, so i kept it the same. my max temp is now @ 41 on full load... that sound better?

im going to leave orthos running while i go to sleep, wake up in 5 hours and if i have no errors i will be chill right? i dont see why it wouldnt be stable

Like I said earlier most on the forum would say 24 hours, I run 12hours and feel I am fine, 5 is probably sufficient but its your call.
