If its not overheating it should be fine, worst case you get a blue screen and it reboots usually.

Not really. Now the vcore is too low. As far as I know the E8400 needs at least 1.22v. I'm a little confused as to your posts..."so i should try that, and bump down my vcore back down to 1.24?" then you said... "vcore @ 1.208" There's a difference between 1.208v and 1.24v. But if you have it stable at 3.6Ghz. What the heck eh

As long as what you have posted is what it is, then yes your temps are fine, your voltages are amazing. Let her rip.

Personally. I'd go with these settings. Move it up to 3.7GHz (9X411). vcore 1.24v. Ram 1:1 and timings at 5-5-5-15. That should be stable. ~JadeMiner~

OK. NOW that makes sense. Always use the BIOS settings. Not some outside program. They can be very inaccurate. 1.24 in the bios sounds good

Ok man. You don't need to worry. At 1.24 vcore it's practically stock settings. It won't hurt that chip a bit. Feel free to PM me tomorrow if you want to get that up higher. ~JadeMiner~
