Yeah the only problem is this Dell makes their PCs from the ground up and often use a ribbon style cable to the case not universal individual wires.
If I were you I would build a new system and reuse your windows key code.
Another option is go to the website and see if there are any bios updates for newer faster CPUs. And replace just the processor. Good luck!
