DownloadHelper and Adblock for sure.

I also found FireGestures recently. Mouse gestures are really handy once you get used to using them. You can also make gestures execute your own scripts that you write.

I know Firefox pretty much tears through anything, but doesn't having all of those add-ons slow you down a bit?

EDIT- Could you imagine having all of that in IE? It would take 10 minutes for this page to load.

Suprisingly Firefox only slows down a tiny bit, just enough thats its noticable compared to a fresh install. Although Fasterfox makes up for most of it. RC2 is very fast anyhow.
