BOOTMGR Vista

I had 2 X 1GB of Kingston HyperX DRR6400, and I just bought 2 X 1GB of Patriote DDR6400.

Booted up and i get BOOTMGR is missing please restart

i verified all 4 pieces of ram is working

even took the new ram out of the system and same error message.

anyone have any suggestions????? ive gotten this error before and cant remember how i fixed it

you need to boot into your vista disk, and click the system repair in the bottom left corner. Then repair startup and reboot.

Agreed. This is fairly easy to do. Just ask if you have any other questions. Fixing the bootloader in Vista is MUCH easier than in prior Windows OS's.
