Need the cheapest psu for my old system

Heres my problem I have an antec 500 watt psu and i think its going bad. What happens is when i try to turn on my computer half the time it doesnt turn on so what i do is completely unplug the power cord from the back of the computer and give it a minute plug it back in and it turns on afterwards. would that be the psu, all the connections are tight nothing is loose. If it sounds like my pus i figured best thing to do would be to buy a new one. Can you help me pick the cheapest psu, im selling the computer so i want it working before i sell it.

System specs:
cpu: amd 4400+
motherboard: asus a8r32 mvp deluxe
gpu: ati 256mb

You can use that to find out the minimal watts you need to run your rig. Then you can buy the cheapest one based on the watts you need.
