yes. It does not work, and is not stable.

You need to A) Go back a few driver versions, so that coolbits will work, or

B) Use RivaTuner

I miss using coolbits, I loathe having to use RivaTuner now.

I'll do some poking around, what to you currently have?

Use GPUZ if you do not know.

I found the 93.71 drivers to be the most stable for my 7600gt. Coolbits will work with this driver version, but I still preferred to use rivatuner. So I recommend getting forceware 93.71 and overclock with rivatuner.

Yea anything that also supports an 8 series card will nix coolbits.

Make sure you un-install your old driver, use driver cleaner, restart, then install the new one

Ok I uninstalled the old driver, didnt have to use the driver cleaner, installed the driver that you guys provided, and was able to get into the "Manual Overclocking" page. I clicked on "Detect Optimal Frequencies" and it only pushed up the Core Clock Frequency to 567 MHz from 560, and the Memory Frequency to 1.41 GHz from 1.4. Should I put them up myself and see what happens?
BTW, GPU temperature (according to GPUZ) is at 56 C..
