What priority should I run Orthos?

What priority should I set Orthos to? Also, I was thinking about running 2 instances of Orthos, one running Large FFT's and the other running Small FFT's, is that a legit way to check for stability? And what priority?

running large fft's and mixing it up. when i had my dual core i used to run priority 5 and for torture prority 9.
