Cheap Case and PSU combo

Hello Guys this is my first post at the forums.

I have question to all, These are the Parts I have been thinking about.

I only Miss a PSU and a Case. So I am asking for your advice. I am 16 years old so money is problem.

Here is the site you can choose from. It's dutch but you'll understand it.

Many reviews praised the Corsair vx 550. but about the Case I have a lot of old PC's at home with sizes: 45 x 22 x 40. So what makes another Case better than the one I have home, airflow? Would everything fit?

Thank you for your future advice, I hope

Are you going to choose a hard drive or optical drive and other peripherals?

It is very likely that any ATX (standard) case you have at home will fit the components. The factor in case selection is sexiness, airflow, sturdiness, and extra features (such as silence, cable management, toolless design, more).

Most cases that come with PSU's usually end burning up within a month, so it's not worth the extra money.

I recommend the Antec P180 (performance, looks, cable management, silent) or Sonata (sonata if you want maximum silence), Cooler Master CM690 (great airflow, cheap, good looking), or Thermaltake Armor (full tower, great airflow).

The hot PSU brand right now is Corsair. You won't go wrong on any of their products. You can also opt for modular depending on your budget. Good luck!

Thnx for the advice you gave me the info I need. So it's necessary to buy a good case and PSU.

I think I will be getting the CM 690 and the Corsair VX 550
About the Hard drive I have Some Harddrives at Home one of 36GB and one of 20GB I am not that Space user so they should be enough.

But are there chances that they wouldn't be compatible or any other possible problems?

Short answer: No.

Also, for PSUs, any PC Power and Cooling PSU is highly regarded.

I agree with PRloaded, Go Antec if you want a quality case and quality power supply in a bundle. Good quality stuff overall, maybe not the best but a good setup on a budget.

You'll like it. That's what my signature system was built with.
