You have a little more headroom with the CPU voltage given it's at 1.45v and the temps are good. I run all my X2's around 1.50v and haven't had any die on me. Another thing you can try is experimenting with different memory timings. Some people here claim that fine tuning the tRFC, ASync, and tRC have allowed them to push a little further. Other than that I say be happy with what you have, 3.2-3.3GHz is a good overclock.
There you have it!

that was the result with PinMod, (M2A-MVP have a fake voltage setting options, it doesn't change vcore,) which makes my CPU very hot lol, ok, Pin Mod allow me to do 1.35v or 1.55v
so I did 1.55v mod
I was able to make it 3321Mhz on that, 207x16
idle temp from speedfan is 50c and load temp is like 65c or something like that, 2days later I took the mod off.
now seeking to upgrade mobo.

otherwise I did 3.2Ghz with 1.4v b4 on a different board

No need to upload mobo just a buy a 120mm case fan and the temps will decrease by alot trust me also you read temps by core #1 and core #2
