Actually most people I've seen get 3.2-3.3GHz. When a couple lucky people get 3.4GHz it tends to send the whole forum chanting things like "the 5000BE will hit 3.4GHz" when the typical user doesn't get that high. I've seen just as many people unable to hit 3.2GHz as I have seen breaking 3.35GHz.
You have a little more headroom with the CPU voltage given it's at 1.45v and the temps are good. I run all my X2's around 1.50v and haven't had any die on me. Another thing you can try is experimenting with different memory timings. Some people here claim that fine tuning the tRFC, ASync, and tRC have allowed them to push a little further. Other than that I say be happy with what you have, 3.2-3.3GHz is a good overclock.
