Time for new memory

HY, i have decided to buy some new sticks for my system
here are the options:
2GB (2x1GB kit) PC6400 (800MHz) OCZ, Platinum XTC, DC kit.......2.1v
2 GB, CRUCIAL Ballistix, DDR2 800 MHz, KIT 2x1 GB.....................2.2v
2 GB (1GB+1GB), DDR 2, PC-6400, 800 MHz, GEIL ULTRA..............1.9-2.3v
2 GB (1GB+1GB), DDR 2, PC-6400, 800 MHz, GEIL BLACK DRAGON...1.9-2.4v

the memory I am using now is a kingmax 667, its default voltage is 1.8v and in my BIOS I only have +0,1 +0,2 +0,3. i am not sure if my mobo will support any of this ram??!!
I need help please

If you're limited to 2.1v in your BIOS don't bother with the Ballistix.

Geil Ultra is GREAT RAM, and 2.3v is what it is warrantied up to, not what it requires. You should be able to get decent OC's at 2.1v.

If, however, your board has VDIMM droop, then I'd suggest the OCZ even though they won't OC very well.

Go with GEIL. They make some sticks that come with orange heatspreaders that are CL4 that OC over 1100Mhz.

I have my Ballistix at DDR504 2.1v witch isn't to bad.Any more voltage and I worry that they may burn up as I've had one RMA at 2.2v! Since AMD is all about CPU speed, the memory speed has very little effect but tighter timing is more beneficial. Correct me if I'm wrong?
