Help me build a system

Thread Starter
I would like to here some peoples ideas on a new system I am building. I have many parts in mind but I would like to see what other people would build on with my specific requirements. They are as follows:

- Maximum price of $500. I want $400 though.
- Must be capable of playing CS:S, Guild Wars, Sims 2, NFS:MW, Fable at 1280x1024 Med-High

Pretty simple. I do not need a high end video card nor CPU but something that will get the job done. I prefer an Nvidia GPU also.

Thanks for all your responses. And for Teddy. I have built gaming rigs for $300 and going up from there. It is very easy, people just think they need a 5 foot long video card that generates more heat than the sun to play CS:S.
