Nice I like the color. Get some c-channel for the holes. It will make it look more clean cut.

Alrighty, so I took everything out and re-did the holes with the rubber grommets.

So this is what we are looking at as of now, the square on the left is going to be the hole for the HD flipping mod that is next.

Here is the bottom hole after filing and the rubber edge put on.

Whoa! that looks great! Its nice and clean inside as well. I can see that the power and the reset connectors don't reach through the back, just like mine... is there any way that I could make extensions, or does someone make them?

This is what the inside of mine looks like atm, there are a total of 4 HDDs going in (2x Raptors & 2x WD 640g) so as soon as I do that flipping mod, most of those cords are going away.

LOL I didnt even see that! thats awesome, all they do is change the fans and add a sticker right and jack up the price right?

Looks good though, nothin wrong with a little fan loyalty

Ok, so have done a little more work on the hard drives and received more shiny packages in the mail so I thought I would give you a little update

First for the Hard drives... I didnt like the way all the cords stuck out into the visible part of the case, so I modified the sythe hard drive mounts to turn them backwards so i could route the cables through a new hole in the back of the case.

(please excuse the quality of some of the pics, they are from my phone in a work environment)

So first I had to drill new holes in the mounts so I could push them forward into the case, and make room for the front fan.

Testing for fit

Then i had to cut them down to size because they were bumping into the front fans and making it hard for me to mount them both at the same time.

Here are the fans with filters attached and one of the modified HD mounts

And here is the finished product

And the hole going into the back of the case.

They are pushed out kinda far... but no cords!!!

They are completely invisible with the fan mounted in front

And now for the shiny stuff!

I wonder what this could be...

Wow... a nice upgrade from my 17"

More green! I painted the knobs black because the silver didn't agree with me.

So... much... green....

And a little bit of blue to throw everyone off

I decided to take off the fan clip on the door of the case.

To do this i just unscrewed the window and re-glued the grill right back on

I think it looks better this way, since I was not going to put a fan there anyways.

Painting next week!
