Which monitor?

Thread Starter
I have about £150-£200 to spend on a monitor and I dont know what to get.

I want a good one obv. Something like a 22" or a 24" at a push. I wouldnt mind 1080 res but 1050 will suffice if not.

I don't know how it would go down with my GPU though.

Anyone got any recommendations? Some good sites in the UK are ebuyer.com, dabs.com, or froogle.co.uk

I don't know about 24inchers - but if you go for a 22" definitely go for the Samsung 226bw
It goes to eleven

Dell 2408WFP is probably the best. But for budget wise, I would look into samsung.

I got a samsung 226BW. LCD is great. But to me, buying a 226BW online was something like gambling! cos few different versions available in the market. I got an A panel and I had to correct colors by hand. But anyway its a nice monitor.

Dell have some 22" monitors with 2ms response time. check them too.

samsung 226bw, its an excellent monitor unless you need it to be color accurate (which most people dont)

great picture, huge, low price

Best thing is to get the 2232BW then, and you would be sure to get a good panel It is the new model from the 226BW or wait till the newest ones are out (if not mistaken, the T series).
