Want a mATX board for a cheapy OCing box.

Here are the Criteria:

1. Good Intergrated (So i can play my older games in case whatever Non-Intergrated card i get dies, arrives DOA,Intel IGP's DON'T COUNT)
2. Reasonable OCability (Nothing too extreme, maybe 2.8GHz at least)
3. Something with a wealth of BIOS options,if possible.
4. A board from a brand with good reliability and/or good customer service.

No real budget, but i'd like it to be under $90,the cheaper the better, considering that i'm a jobless guy

Does such a board exist that meet said criteria?

I second that suggestion

780G has the best integrated currently out (Radeon HD3200)
