What the title says: Key theme is cheap but effective(i.e good overclocking) preferably quad core.

Cooling:
Extras:

Let's see what you guys can come up with, Try keep around $450-500 USD.

Actually the Biostar is a pretty solid overclocker, and if you can actually read the post you'll see the note there that with more cash he can get a different motherboard and video card
