hey thanks for the input uhh but i kinda said hes reading a temp of 124C in bios..what would speed fan have to do about that

What really happens if a CPU goes off the deep end of the temperature scale? Fire? Explosion?

fir happens when it gets super hot ... dont P4's run upto 127?? ... if i is 125 then wouldnt the inside of the case be like a oven ... he might wanna stick his hand in then and find out how warm it is ... if it's cool then the sensor is fooked.

because we all know speed fan is messed but if bios is reading 124 then it might be the sensor ... good luck with that little P4
