it is that lo here on sb, that only controls the harddrives, etc. so it should not need so much. the vid will show in cpu-z, its the vcore that your spesific cpu needs to run at standard speed, it differs from cpu to cpu, the lower it is, the less vcore you need to reach a spesific speed. and the lower it is, the less heat you will have at a speed.

tried more, to get screenshots.
one time with 3,6 in bios, 3.585 in cpu-z, ran fine.
tried even higher, upped the juice a little more, and booted 3,61 in bios, 3,60 in cpu-z. ran fine till i started up a superpi 32M test for stressing, frose after 4 rounds of the test. not 3 whole test, but parts of the test.
it is possible to run 3.6, but i had to turn the juice up over the recommended upper limit on vcore, i set 1.2870 in bios, think it was 1.376 in cpu-z,
work on guys! it may be able to get it stable.

@alffjeld Nice I would try 3.6 myself, but my motherboard looks messed up.

The vcore is stuck at 1.2v and doesn't seem to want to change.
DDR2 voltage is also is set normal 1.8v, but bios is showing 2.1v.

PC still works, but I guess I need to contact giga-byte to get a RMA.

@alffjeld Yeah I did flash it with the original bios. Now at least the vcore works fine, but the Normal DDR2 voltage still wrong.

Still got to call gigabyte as there's a couple things I'm still not liking.

Everest and OCCt 12v readings shows 0.83 under no load and then varies between 8-10v. Besides some other things also that bothers me, like the stablility problems I been getting.

ASUS next time.
