Here are my load temps 33 minutes into Prime95:

IntelBurnTest is really the only thing that pushes those temps way up there. If you guys think those temps are still to high, let me know. I don't really need this thing that high. It was more of a, "I wanna see if I can do it", thing.

You got a engineering sample chip btw.

And not too sure on the thermal limit for the chip but I think they can take till bout 60'c.

EDIT: Just saw the speed... Nice oc!

finally got it stable to start GTL lane testing.

FSB - 1450
Vcore - 1.3625v
FSB- 1.50v
vDimm - 1.9v (800mhz 5-5-5-15)
SPP - 1.50v
NF200 - 1.40v

GTL Lane 0 - 00mV
GTL Lane 1 - 90mV
GTL Lane 2 - 00mV
GTL Lane 3 - 00mV

I am starting testing now. The PC would not even boot into windows without the defaul +90mV on lane 1.

Wow, your vFSB is higher then vcore. I'm sure with some GTL tweaks you can lower that to 1.3v.

got the lane 0 tweaked. tried 90, 110, and 120. locked up at 120.

set it to 60, now I am testing lane 1 at 110mv.

I'm doing the same thing today @ 1800FSB. Last time I did it was at 1600. Wondering if the field has tightened down any.

Lane 1 locked up at 110mV, set it to 55 and moved onto lane two, starting at 90mv. Gonna ship out my 8800GT and look at an a4, be back after linpack!

Thought you said lane 1 wouldn't boot at 0? If so, 55 is not the mean. What's the lowest lane 1 is stable at?

I decided today that I want to run at this speed, but can only do it with water cooling. The Cooler Master V8 is nice, but it's not going to work out for what I want. After some research, I am going to embark on my first water cooling journey. I talked to a couple of guys I know who do water cooling, and they both suggested this kit for starting out: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835108105

Placing my order later this evening, and hopefully I won't have any problems setting it up when I get it in.

ruh roh, how should I go about testing that haha? it is stable at 55, but if thats not the mean then I will retest. I will try 20mV.

I am currently testing lane 2 at 120mV, 90 and 110 were stable.
