I've run the NB voltage all the way up to 1.55v, it still BSOD's and will not run. Highest I can run memory at currently is about 730mhz, memory is good and runs in other motherboards just fine..

Sadly, that just the limitation of the 680i.

Yep considering the 750i FTW, as long as it'll run ddr2 1066

What bios are you running? You could try the SZ1K bios. Its supposed to "improve system stability with 8gb of ram." You can get it here. Also, raising the NF200 voltage sometimes helps a little with stability. I don't know why since it seems totally unrealated to the ram. when I was overclocking some mushkin redlines a while back it helped.

Drobomb, that's a nice SuperPi run for a 750i. Stock NB cooler?

Yeah its the stock cooler, but I have this 60mm fan zip tied to it. Its kinda loud but the NB temps never go over 48C with 1.55v.

It's already running on the latest BIOS of SZ1K,
the problem still occurs!

Could this board overclock a Q9550 reasonably well? Thanks.

I've got this board on the way, hopefully it will be worth it. Does it get really hot when you overclock it? My board is refurbished, so I won't have the northbridge fan.

Yes, NB gets hot. Get a 60mm fan for the NB. Also, install it so it pulls air up instead of dumping all the heat on your GPU. Your GPU OC will thank you.
