Need help to RMA E3110 OEM CPU

Does anyone know how to contact tankguys for help on obtaining RMA for CPU. I've tried to email them and tried using contact us from their website and have gotten no response at all from them.
EDIT: Guess they were just on vacation last week or something because they have gotten back to me about how to RMA this CPU.

if it were me i would deal directly with intel but this should do the trick i imagine they will get in contact with you pretty soon

I saw that but if you cant reach them or they don't reply to your emails how are they suppose to act as intermediaries with Intel.
